‘Art in Mind’ studio is a group of artists (some professional scientists) who undertake individual and collective projects that combine art, science and social engagement to provide artistic commentary on our individual, collective and universal realities.
The artistic expression can take infinite forms, all equally powerful in stimulating our interactions with the universe, ourselves, and each other. In our projects, we often combine different artistic media to achieve unique experiences that engage visual, auditory, tactile, emotional, and intellectual responses jointly, for enriched experience. We embrace inclusion of artistic sensibilities originating from different cultural and personal backgrounds. We are equally neuroscientists and engineers, artisans and collectors, analytical and emotional – inspired by both left and right sides of our brains!
Our collective projects are cheerful, serious or philosophical accounts that engage our creativity, inspire community engagement and explore relationship of art and society across times and cultures.
Our Blog
This blog was born from the desire to share some of our projects and reflections with friends and a broader interested audience.
Our typical way of sharing is through embedded video presentations, often in form of short stories, with a blog commentary for context. Some of our collections and art portfolios are also shared as interactive flipbooks. Our purpose is to let the creative outcomes of these projects reverberate through the audience, as they are observed, touched, listened to, interpreted or interacted with through many different media.
