Workshop, July 17th
We are bursting from the anticipation of this event!
It is somewhat admirable how much we have accomplished in a little more than six months – collective projects, participation in the exhibition, great art collections, a rich web site with presentations full of content and much more…and yet, we have never met in person as a group throughout this period. We lived in an ‘estranged’ world of the pandemic.
This will be our first ‘in person’ gathering…we will create and experiment together. Garden art and decor, nothing too serious, we need fun and endless chat and sun and physical presence ! The food menu is abundant and drink is mimosa – need sparkly for this occassion.
We planned designs and supplies and exercised our crafty ideas for this workshop over Zoom – but this will all fall apart when we gather – this is a celebration more than a workshop. We will let crative juices flow, and there will be no channeling them….we will create at a whim of inspiration, cheerful, witty garden displays; we will have an afternoon of true togetherness, and memories, laughable or otherwise, captured in garden ornaments that each one will take home and gift to friends. Our gardens will be enchanted after all this exhuberant creativity!
